The price includes:
- taxes; consumption of electricity, water and gas.
- covered parking.

The price does not include the tourist tax applied from April 1st to October 31st:
- € 1.5 per night per person.

Animals are not allowed.
The minimum age for the check-in is 25.
It is not allowed to organize parties and events.
Customers must respect the silence between 22:00 and 09:00.

Cots
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for EUR 20.00 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Extra beds
Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for EUR 20.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
